Free parking is available in the university lots near Schaeffer Auditorium or the MSU Multipurpose Room. Classes meet on most weeknights; please allow plenty of time to locate a parking space. To view a parking map click on the map above.
KU Presents! provides a free shuttle bus from the North Campus Drive for Schaeffer Audtiorium evening events. It runs every 10 minutes from 6:45 to 7:30 and after the performance.
For GPS entry use: Kutztown University, Kutztown, PA
From Reading, PA / US 222 N
- US 222 N to the Virginville/Kutztown exit.
- When you enter the campus turn LEFT at the first traffic light onto Schaeffer Lane; Schaeffer Auditorium is on the right.
For the Student Union Multipurpose Room - Turn left at the second light traffic light; Park in A2 Lot on the left.
From Allentown, PA / US 222 S/I-78 West & Holiday Inn & Conference Center
- I-78 East to exit 49A to PA route 100 South
- PA route 100 South to US 222 South
- US 222 South to RT 737 Kutztown/Krumsville Road exit
- Turn LEFT off the exit.
- Take the second RIGHT onto Wentz Street.
- At then end of the road, turn LEFT onto College Blvd
- For Schaeffer Auditorium - At the first light turn RIGHT onto Kutztown Road/Main Street, then turn RIGHT at the next light onto Schaeffer Lane. Schaeffer Auditorium is on the right; parking on the left.
For the Student Union Multipurpose Room - After you turn onto College Blvd, take the second LEFT entrance to the campus before the stoplight; Park in A2 Lot on the left.
From I-78 East
- I-78 East to exit 29, Route 61 South.
- After 4.5 miles, turn left onto Route 662 South.
- Continue to follow 662 South for approximately 8 miles.
- Turn left onto North 222 (by Hess station). Bear right at Kutztown exit.
- Turn left at the second light, at Schaeffer Auditorium; parking on the left
- For MSU Multipurpose Room - At the third traffic light turn left; Park in A1 Lot on the left.
From New York City
- From the George Washington Bridge
- I-80 West to I-287 South
- I-287 South to I-78 West
- Follow Allentown/I-78 West directions above
From the Lincoln Tunnel
- New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 14
- Follow Allentown/I-78 West directions above
From Philadelphia/I-76 or I-95 North
- I-76N (Schuylkill Expressway) to Exit 28B, I-476 North
- I-476 North becomes Northeast Extension of Pennsylvania Turnpike
- I-476 North (Turnpike Extension) to Interchange 33 (Lehigh Valley), I-78/US 22
