KU Presents! is the only authorized outlet for purchasing tickets to KU Presents! events.

Order in Person: By appointment during office hours. Tickets may also be purchased at the Schaeffer Auditorium Box Office one hour before the  performance. (subject to availability)

When Ordering Tickets, Remember:

  • Group rates are available by contacting the Box Office.

  • All children, regardless of age, must have their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult. Please consider the nature of the performance when bringing young children.

  • Student prices apply to anyone 17 and younger, as well as full time college students.

  • Senior pricing available to those 65 and older.

  • Phone and online orders include convenience and handling fees.

  • When ordering tickets, please indicate if you have special seating needs (assistive listening devices also available for some events).

  • All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.

  • All programs, artists, ticket prices, dates, and times subject to change.

Accessibility

When ordering tickets, please indicate if you have special seating needs. Assistive listening devices are also available for most performances.

In the Auditorium

  • Please arrive in time to be comfortably seated at the start of the performance. Late seating will take place at the discretion of management.

  • Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium.

  • Permission for recording of audio and video during performances rests with the artists. Depending on the genre, some artists love the buzz of posting and being tagged and social media, but others feel the opposite. In general, we encourage you to be present at our live invents instead of distracting yourself with your phone. Recording it is generally discouraged and most often prohibited. Please check on a per-show basis before taking the liberty. Please be respectiful of hte artists and your fellow concert-goers.
